The client

HPP Equity, LLC (“HPP Equity”) is an Indiana-based real estate syndicator established in 2019. Since inception, the HPP family of companies has acquired over $40 million in assets across hundreds of single family rentals (SFRs) in the Michiana area, and have recently expanded to include a $30 million investment into student housing. This growing regional enterprise aims to acquire over $100 million in assets across SFRs, student housing and small multifamily residences by 2024, and seeks to expand regionally from its roots in South Bend to neighboring cities and states.

The challenge

As HPP Equity continued to expand, a leading priority for the company was in both formulating new investor relationships and nurturing existing relationships without losing its signature personal touch.
