LJ Reese Properties, LLC (“LJ Reese”) is a single-owner commercial syndicator focusing on industrial properties in the Midwest.

The Challenge

With an impressive archive of historical investment information gathered over decades, LJ Reese was searching for a platform where they could import, centralize and organize this data through a single pane of glass.

It was also important that LJ Reese be able to leverage such a platform to support its investor relations. Working with several dozens of investors with disparate schedules across multiple time zones, LJ Reese was spending hours fielding questions on the phone and sending duplicative emails to individual investors.

Because of its investors’ discomfort with digital, LJ Reese also found that its administrative burden swelled during the dreaded tax season—an inconvenience for a company looking to prioritize lean operations. Support staff were spending hours putting together and mailing out printed packets of information to satisfy investors’ information security needs.
